Direction: Use roughly 1/8 tsp. garlic powder in place of one garlic clove.

Suggested Uses: This seasoning goes way beyond Italian food. Mix into your marinades for tofu or meat. Use in stir-fry sauces and pasta salads. Mix it into softened organic butter or ghee and melt it into veggies and potatoes, or drizzle it over popcorn. Seriously tasty.
